What to include
When you write in, it helps if you mention:
- Whether you use Lyrium on iPhone, iPad, or Mac, and your OS version if you know it.
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if it is a bug.
Subscriptions and billing
Purchases and renewals for Lyrium on Apple platforms are handled by Apple. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open Settings, tap your Apple ID at the top, tap Subscriptions, then choose Lyrium. For payment or refund questions directed at Apple, use Apple’s support channels from there or from Apple support.
